Retain/Hire SJLG?

In order to retain St. Johns Law Group please contact our office to set up an appointment. One of our attorneys will meet with you to discuss and evaluate your situation. Upon obtaining the facts in relation to your problem, our attorneys will be able to make a determination as to the necessary course of action and the costs associated with such.

If you wish to retain St. Johns Law Group to act as the closing and title agent for your real estate transaction, please let your realtor or broker know. Ask them to include St. Johns Law Group as the closing and title agent on your contract. If you are working with a lender for a refinance, please let your lender know that you want to use St. Johns Law Group and ask your lender to send a title request to our office. Additionally, in the event you do not have a contract for purchase and sale and are in need of one, if you hire St. Johns Law Group to close your real estate transaction, we will prepare your contract for purchase and sale at no additional charge. We accept all major credit cards
