Doug Burnett was successful in obtaining approval for KB Home’s new project, Heritage Oaks at St. Johns, a single family residential subdivision. On Tuesday, the Board of County Commissioners approved the Comprehensive Plan Amendment to Residential-C and Rezoning to Planned Unit Development.

The St. Augustine Record reported the story of Doug Burnett’s efforts to get Heritage Oaks approved for KB Home.
