Attorney Trevor Hutson has joined St. Johns Law Group.

Expanding the firm’s real estate and land development practices, Mr. Hutson will focus on permitting, zoning, comprehensive planning, concurrency, impact fees, exactions, and related entitlement matters for builder and developer clients, negotiation of development agreements, land use appeals and litigation, administrative hearings, as well as real estate litigation, construction litigation, landlord-tenant issues, quiet title actions, and boundary disputes.
